Alice M. (Smokie) Stark, age 88, of Fremont, passed away Sunday, October 15, 2017, at her home.
She was born January 14, 1929 in Fremont. Her parents were Roy and Mae (Beemer) Stover. She attended Fremont Public Schools. Alice married Eric Stark, Sr. February 28, 1948 in Marysville, Kansas.
She is survived by her daughter Janis (Gary) Fiscus of Fremont, grandsons Charles C. (Tawna) Sanders II of Pasadena, California, Evan James (Libby) Stark of Pleasant Hill, California, 4 great-grandchildren Neneh Sanders, Ilse, Kirsti, and Haldan Stark.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Eric, son Eric (Bud) Jr.
Private family services were held at Ridge Cemetery on Friday, October 20, 2017.
