Fremont

Died at Arbor Manor on Monday night. She was born January 19, 1930 to Murphy and Clara Blevin at Meadowgrove, Nebraska, due to their death when she was three whe was adopted by Edward and Lula Hansen. She graduated from Meadowgrove High School in 1949. She moved to Pender in 1952 and then to Fremont in 1966 where she was employeed by the Campbell Soup Company for 18 years. She was a Foster Grandparent at Washington School for special needs children. She liked to play bingo, go to garage sales and would never pass up Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Barbara Hansen married Robert Buschmeyer January 6, 1952 at St. Edward, Nebraska. He died August 19, 1982.

She is survived by two sons, Vernon Buschmeyer (wife Nicole) and George Buschmeyer (wife Billie) both of Fremont and 7 grandchildren, Brittany, Rylie, Taylor, Linley, Chasity, Bryson, and Tayvin.

Services will be Friday January 14 at 11:00 A.M. at the Church of the Nazarene. Rev. Tom Shaw officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Dugan Funeral Chapel. The family will be present from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. There has been a memorial established.

Burial will be in Ridge Cemetery.
