Bernard V. (Bob) Shipman, 74
Uehling, Nebraska
Died at Fremont Area Medical Center Saturday night, September 20.
He was born in Fairbury, Nebraska March 31, 1934 and was raised in Fremont attending St. Patricks School. He has been a over the road truck driver for 30 years.
He is survived by four sons, Thomas Shipman of Fremont, Bobbie Shipman of Irving, Texas, Scott Shipman of Irving, Texas and Gary Shipman of Columbus, Nebraska. A Sister Barbara Ernest of Maskell, Nebraska and a brother Charles Shipman of Fremont along with three grandchildren.
A memorial funeral mass will be Thursday at 10:00 A.M. at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Hooper. Rev. Vitalis Anyanike officiating. There will be no visitation. The body has been cremated and interment of cremated remains will be in Calvary Cemetery in Fremont. There has been a memorial established to St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church.
