Dorothy M. Meints, age 84, of Blair, Nebraska, passed away Monday, December 21, 2009.

Dorothy was born on December 27, 1924, in Windside, Nebraska in Wayne County and graduated from Hooper High School in 1942. She was married to Vincent until his passing in 1968. She married Raymond Meints in 1972 in Hooper and later moved to York, NE, where they resided until 2004 when they moved to Valley. They later moved to Blair in 2006 until her death.

She was very active at St. Joseph Catholic Church in York.

She is preceded in death by; her husband Vincent J. Kunasek, brother John D. Katz, and sister Twila R. Thompson.

Survived by:

Sons; Tyler (Ellen) Kunasek of Fremont, Steven (Deb) Kunasek of Fremont, Vince (Tammy) Kunasek of Omaha, and Roger Kunasek of York.

Sister; Greta (Lloyd) Sierts of Omaha.

Grandchildren; Andrea (Darren) Phinney, Tami (Jon) Jones, Jay V. Kunasek, Michele A. Kunasek, Kenzie L. Kunasek, Nichole (Adam) Behmer

Great Grandchildren; Alex, Jon, Lane, Jocelyn, and Hayden.
