Edward "Eddie" Johnson, age 42, passed away October 18, 2017, at Fremont Health Medical Center, Fremont, Nebraska.

Eddie was born in London Ohio. He had lived in other states such as Colorado, Kansas, Illinois and several others, then in 1990 he permanently settled in Fremont, Nebraska.Eddie also lived at the Masonic home in Fremont after the passing of his father. Eddie was involved and very active in 4-H in his youth. Eddie attended Fremont Junior High School and Fremont Senior High School.
Eddie enjoyed spending time with friends and family fishing and bowling.He enjoyed family holidays and gatherings. He did odd jobs for several people and loved spending time working with his hands. Eddie also loved spending time with his niece Kristie Knoell and nephews Kyle Knoell and Zayne Morris. Eddie was loved by many.
Eddie is preceded in death by his mother Lula Stephenson, father Cecil Johnson, Uncles Frank Johnson, Amos Johnson, Aunts Carolyn Gallion andJuanita Delaney, Two half sisters Julie and Becky Adams.
Eddie is survived by his Brothers Phillip Johnson, Cecil Johnson Jr., Jimmy Johnson Aaron Johnson, Sister Shelly Knoell, Half sister Susan Hand; Niece Kristie Knoell; Nephews Kyle Knoell and Zayne Morris plus many other nieces and nephews. Special friends Jennifer and Buddy.

Services will be Saturday, November 11, at 1:00 P.M. at the Church of the Nazarene.A Memorial Fund has been established in Edward Johnson's name at First State Bank to help the family.Dugan Funeral Chapel, 751 N. Lincoln, Fremont.Condolences may be left at www.duganchapel.com.
