Esther S. Kucera, 97 Sun City, Florida, formally of Fremont passed away Friday October 11, 2013.
Esther was born to Robert and Anna Beckmeyer June 9, 1916. Esther was homemaker all her life while raising three boys. She then joined her husband Leonard in his career being a butcher, they owned Arlington Lockers of Arlington, Nebraska. They made their home in Fremont and was a long time members of First Lutheran Church, and apart of the Women's Ministry group. Esther and Leonard were married April 11, 1939.
Esther is preceded in death by her parents, husband Leonard, and her two sisters.
She is survived by her three sons Dean (Claudette) of St. Petersburg, Florida, Vern (Liz) of Fremont, and Bob (Imo) of Fremont. 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great granddaughter, nephews, and nieces.
Visitation will be Thursday, October 17, 2013 at Dugan Funeral Chapel from 4-8 with family present from 6-7.
Funeral Service will be Friday, October 18, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. at First Lutheran Church.
Interment will be at Westlawn-Hillcrest Memorial Park in Omaha.
