Franklin William (Billy) Freeman, 69

Died Friday, November 9, at Arbor Manor. He was born in Sioux City Iowa February 6, 1943 to James G Freeman and Frances L. Freeman. He served in the U.S. Army from 1961 to 1967, fought in the Vietnam War and was discharged with honors. He also was an avid fisherman and loved to hunt. Billy was a carpenter by trade and anyone that knew him loved him. He was a good man and a loving father to his two daughters.

He is survived by his two daughters, Kimberly Short (husband Tommy) of Stanley, Va and Leanne Kreikemeier and companion Dusty of Scribner, NE. Three brothers, Jim Freeman of Chandler, OK, Bob Freeman (wife Pat) of Galva, Iowa, and Mike Freeman (wife Karen) of Jefferson City, MO. Uncles and Aunts, Russell and Bertha Snyder, Ronald and Frances Snyder adn Skip and Karen Snyder all of Sioux City, IA. Four grandchildren, Andrew, Nathan, and Melissa Kreikemeier of Scribner and Sarah Myers of Sioux City, IA. One Great Grandchild Jaydin Eugene Kreikemeier and numerous neices and nephews. He was preceded by his parents and a sister, Patricia Coney.

A memorial has been established to the American Cancer Society, there will be no public services. Condolences may be left atwww.duganchapel.com.
