Georgia S. Shelso, 98, of Fremont died Monday, April 17 at Nye Pointe Health & Rehap Center. She was born June 3, 1907 in Perham, Minnisota. She was raised there and graduated from Perham High School in 1925. She attended the University of Minnisota at Duluth. She began working for Dayton's Department Store in the accounting department and worked for 25 years before retiring. She married Howard Shelso in 1931 in Minneapolis, Minnisota. He preceded her in death in 1988. She moved to Fremont in 1988 and was one of the initial residents of Nye Square. Also preceded in death by her parents, Theodore and Mattie Bangle. Survived by: Son - David Shelso of Fremont; Daughter-in-law - Florence Shelso of Omaha Special Friend - LeEtta Murphy of Fremont 2 grandchildren 5 great grandchildren Memorial Services will be Saturday, June 3, 2006 in St. Lukes Chapel, at St. James Epsicopal Church at 10:30AM.
