Harold Gumb, 78 Fremont, died at Arbor Manor Living Center on Saturday March 3, 2007. Born November 21, 1928 in Fremont to Harold and Julia Gumb. He was raised in Fremont and graduated from Fremont High School in 1946. After he graduated he joined the United States Marine Corp and served from 1946 to 1948. After his discharge he entered the family business in Fremont, which was the Storz Beer Distributing until 1966. He then worked for Aarps Ready Mix Concrete and Paden Construction until his retirement. Married Joyce Knoell on January 18, 1949. Survived by 1 daughter: Nancy Bogenreif of Fremont. 3 Sons, John (wife Nancy) Gumb of Mc Cook, Nebraska; Joseph H. Gumb of Lincoln; Glenn (wife Susan) Gumb of Overland Park, Kansas. 1 sister, Catherine (husband W.A.) Simon of Gothenberg, Nebraska. 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
