Jean E. Williams' Obituary
Jean E. Williams, age 96, of Fremont, passed away Saturday, July 1, 2017 at Nye Legacy.
Jean was born December 11, 1920 in Kewanee, Ill., to Fred and Florence Aten.She married Robert W. Williams, an American Baptist minister, on May 16, 1942.They were married 56 years prior to his death in 1998.Together they served churches in North Platte, Fremont and Omaha before their retirement.
She was preceded in death by her husband and one daughter, Diana Snyder.
She is survived by two daughters, Cindy Urban (husband Larry), Sun City West, AZ and Becky Cady of Fremont, three granddaughters, Edie Messerschmidt (husband Jim) of Fremont, Erica Rowe (husband Scott) of Elkhorn and Alicia Dorau (husband Mike) of Fremont and 5 great grandchildren.
Memorial Service is planned for Friday, August 11, 2017 at 10AM at Dugan Funeral Chapel. Inurnment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery.
