Jennifer Lynn"Loafy" Smith, age 34, of Fremont, passed away April 22, 2021, at Methodist Fremont Health.

Jenny was born July 14, 1986 at University Hospital in Omaha to Daniel D. Martinez and Patricia (Alvarez) Negrete. Jenny attended and graduated from Fremont High School in 2004. Following high school she went into the job corp,at Chadron, NE, where she received her Certified Nursing Assistant and Medication Aide certification.Jenny met the love of her life William E. "Will" Smith in 2009, they married on November 21, 2015 in Fremont.When she married Will, she became a mother to his six children, Dillon, Sierra, Christian, twins Ashley and Amanda, and Rosie. The greatest accomplishment for Jenny was becoming a mother to Blake Austin and Beau Anthony. Her children were her everything.

Loafy loved shopping, drinking Starbucks, going out with her friends, spending time with her mom and sisters, getting drunk and watching horror movies. Jenny loved spoiling all her nieces and nephews, spending all her time and money on them.Above all Jenny was a devoted wife, mother, sister, daughter, and godmother. She will always be her parents Sunshine!

She is preceded in death by her grandparents Ignacio Alvarez Delgado "Papa Nacho", EstelaJimenez Tejada "Abue," Lorenzo William Martinez "Willie," aunts, uncles, and niece Lavinia Gabrielle Ayala.

She is survived by her husband Will, beloved children Blake, Beau, Dillon, Sierra, Christian, Ashley, Amanda, Rosie, parents, Dan Martinez and Patty Negrete, siblings Hector (Lisa) Martinez, Erica (Josh) Calfy, Robert (Cadie) Martinez, Christina (Tony) Martinez, brother-in-law Jason Sullivan, sister-in-law Vicki (Calvin) Artman and many other family and friends.

Memorials may be designated to the Blake and Beau Education Fund at Pinnacle Bank.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at Dugan Funeral Chapel from 9-11AM with the funeral service beginning at 11AM at Dugan Funeral Chapel. Burial will take place at Ridge Cemetery.
