Fremont
Joyce died at Nye Point Monday, May 15. She was born in Fremont November 25, 1930, attended Fremont Schools and graduated from Fremont High School in 1949. She worked for Dr. William Eaton for a number of years. Joyce was a member of St. James' Episcopal Church.
Joyce Hooper married John Bales September 1, 1950 in Papillion, Nebraska. He died in 1969.
She is survived by one son John Bales (wife Janet) of Fremont; one granddaughter Jill Hughson (husband Marshall) of Fremont and one grandson Shawn Bales (wife Andrea) of Fremont. also two great grandchildren.
Private family services will be held with interment in Memorial Cemetery. Condolences may be left at www.duganchapel.com. Dugan Funeral Chapel, 751 N. Lincoln, Fremont.
