Juliette Evangeline Champ

Juliette was born into the arms of our Lord on November 22, 2017 at Fremont Health Medical Center in Fremont, NE.

Juliette is survived by her parents, Tim and Mandi Champ, big brother Elias James and big sister Merelise Vonda. Other survivors include grandparents Vince and Debbie Perry of Fremont, NE, and Kelly and Christie Champ of Boise, ID, as well as many great-grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.

If love alone could have saved her, she would have lived forever.

A special thank you to Dr. Leahy, Dr. MacDonald, Chaplain Scott Jensen, and nurses Tanya, Andrea, JoLynn, Jen, Tonia, Candie, and Jess for the love and compassion they have provided during this difficult time.We couldn't have been in better hands.

Thank you to the outpatient nurses Kristi, Carrie, Meg, Deb, Marcia, Kathy, Nicki, Amy, Mary, Sarah, and Tracey for the wonderful care they provided along the way.

Also thank you to Becky Novacek with Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep for capturing the precious moments we had with Juliette.

Finally, thank you to our friends and family for the outpouring of love, prayers, and support. It means the world to us.
