Kenneth D. Fuchs' Obituary
Kenneth D. Fuchs, age 60, of Fremont passed away Thursday, March 26, 2015, after a courageous battle of cancer at his home in Fremont.
Kenny was born February 12, 1955 to Rudolph and Edna Fuchs. He was the youngest of 6 children. He attended St. Paul's Lutheran School and Arlington High School graduating in 1973. After high school he began farming with his brother. It was during this time he married Roxanne McDonald on July 11, 1981, in Fremont. They had two children Kimberly and Kevin. He farmed until going to work at Valmont in 1996. He also worked for Hilgenkamp Farms and Arps-Red-E Mix .
Kenny was passionate about farming and spent a lot of his time at the farm north of Arlington. He always enjoyed helping Kim and Kevin with their 4-H projects. He liked spending time in and around cars, and he especially liked going to demolition derbies. He also enjoyed watching Husker football and loved spending time with his family. He was a life-long member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
He is survived by his wife Roxanne, daughter Kimberly (Ben) Till of Fremont, son Kevin of Fremont, brother Larry (Marg) Fuchs of Arlington, sisters Bonnie (Richard) Owston of Fremont, Vernetta (Donald) Dunlap of Mesa, Arizona, Doris (John) Ray of Santa Rosa, California, Jean (Mike) Ristow of Arlington, brother-in-law Roy (Denise) McDonald of Fremont, sister-in-laws, Betty (Greg) George of Fremont, Roylene (Swede) Harvey of Omaha, Irene McDonald and Barry of Fremont, many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation will be held Sunday, March 29, 2015 at Dugan Funeral Chapel from 2:00-6:00P.M. with family present from 4:00-6:00P.M.
Funeral services will be Monday, March 30, 2015 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church at 10:00A.M. with Pastor Rick Kanoy and Pastor Jason Duley officiating.
Burial will be at St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery in Arlington.

Visitation will be held Sunday, March 29, 2015 at Dugan Funeral Chapel from 2:00-6:00P.M. with family present from 4:00-6:00P.M.
