Kimberly Jo Bohanan, 62
Fremont

Died at Nye Point Care Center Tuesday November 20. She was born in Fremont on March 17, 1950 to Alfred and Deloris Peterson and was raised here graduating from Fremont High School in 1968. She married William Vore July 6, 1974. He died January 18, 1992. Kimberly was employed for more than 25 years at Happy Cab Company in Omaha as Dispatcher and Phone Operator. She loved traveling, collecting unicorn figurines and fountains.

Kimberly married Ray Bohanan in Fremont February 14, 2001.

She is survived by her husband, a daughter Brandi Tolliver (husband Lee) of Fremont, a son Chad Peterson of Lincoln, a step-son Michael Bohanan (wife Deb) of Fremont, three sisters Shirley Denoyer (husband Sam) and Bonnie Rotert (husband Jerry) both of Fremont, and Annette Phillips of Clarinda, Iowa; a brother Robert Peterson (wife Veronica) of Ames, Nebraska, 16 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded by her parents and one brother.

Services will be Monday, November 26, at 2:00 P.M. at Dugan Funeral Chapel. Chaplain Scott Jensen officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home.
