Larry D. Gustafson, age 62, passed away Sunday, May 24th, 2009 at Fremont Area Medical Center.Larry was born in Fremont on May 16, 1947 to Darrell and Lorene Gustafson.He graduated from Fremont High School in 1966 and shortly after started working for Valmont.After 37 years of employment, Larry retired from Valmont in 2008.Larry and Linda Hansen were married in Columbus, Nebraska, on May 10, 1971.When he wasn't working two jobs or taking care of his family, Larry found time to go fishing and hunting.He was a member of the Fremont Bassmasters Club and a member of the Fremont Anglers.Preceded in death by:parents Darrell and Lorene, brother Steve, and sister Penny Survived by:Wife LindaSons Duane (Stacey) Stack and Jaime (Tallena) GustafsonDaughters Lori Guffey, and Paige GustafsonBrother Lynn Gustafson10 Grandchildren3 Great GrandchildrenVisitation:One hour before the service beginning at 10:00 AM Thursday at Dugan Funeral ChapelFuneral Service:Thursday at 11:00 A.M.
