Larry Traudt, age 44, of Omaha, passed away February 23, 2008 at Alegent Immanuel Medical Center.

He was born February 1, 1964, in Fremont, Nebraska. He was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and graduated from Fremont High School in 1982. After graduating, he worked for Mid-Continent Bottlers for 7 years. He moved to Omaha in 1988 and later worked for Pacesetter Corporation. He was presently employed at Poling Transportation delivering Wells Blue Bunny products throughout the Midwest.

His hobbies were loving and caring for his children and family. He also enjoyed working on cars and enjoyed sports, especially football.

Preceded in death by mother Joanne Traudt, and grandparents Gerald and Florence Berry

He is survived by his wife Carol, daughters Sara, Jami, and Michaela, sons Jason and Aaron, father Dean and wife Susan, sister Deanna (Pat) Callaway, half-brothers Jonny, Tom, and Nick Larson, half-sister Taylor Layne, niece Emily Callaway, nephews Corey and Jared Moore, and many, many other friends and family.

Memorials are designated to the family.

Visitation: Tuesday, February 26, 3:00-8:00 PM at Dugan Funeral Chapel with family present from 5:00-8:00 PM.
Funeral Service: Wednesday February 27, 1:00 PM at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. Interment: Memorial Cemetery, Fremont, Nebraska.
