Fremont
Died at Fremont Area Medical Center Tuesday night May 31. Lew was born March 22, 1933 in Warsaw, Missouri and graduated from Windsor, Missouri High School in 1951. He attended the University of Missouri before moving to Kansas City, Missouri where he worked for an auto parts supplier. He married Rovilla Johnson in 1952 in Windsor. Lew moved to Omaha and was a credit supervisor for GMAC for 13 years prior to working for the First National Bank in Lincoln and then with the First National Bank in Loveland Colorado. In 1973 Lew moved to Fremont and joined Taylor and Martin Auctioneers as Sr. Vice President retiring in 1995.
Lewis Munday married Barbara Anderson August 21, 1982 in Fremont.
He is survived by his wife Barbara, three daughters; Sue Munday of Cheyenne; Wyoming, Christy Conrad (husband Jim) of Fremont; and Kyle Hwang (husband Ben) of Honolulu, Hawaii. Two Sons, Mike Munday of Lincoln, Nebraska and Brett Anderson of Edmund, Oklahoma, 8 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
Memorial services will be Friday, June 10, at 2:00 P.M. at Dugan Funeral Chapel. Rev. Mark Selvey officiating. There will be no visitation. There have been memorials established to St. Augustine of Canterbury Episcopal Church in Elkhorn and St. James Episcopal Church in Fremont. Condolences may be left at www.duganchapel.com
