Linda L. Vogt, age 61, of Fremont, passed away Monday, May 16, 2016, at Dunklau Gardens.

Linda was born August 6, 1954, in Rome, New York to William and Patricia (Whitmore) Legler.She grew up in Fremont and graduated from Fremont Senior High School in 1972.Linda Vogt married Roger Vogt on July 15, 1972, at the First United Methodist Church in Fremont.Linda worked at the Department of Utilities from 1997 until her retirement in 2010.She enjoyed traveling, especially to her favorite place, Maui.She loved spending time with her family, particularly reading to her grandchildren and teaching them lifelong skills.

Six Grandchildren:Shayla (David) O'Brien of Fremont, Taylor and Dylan Masek of David City, Nebraska; Ethan, Chase, and Jayden Vogt all of Fremont.

Sisters Debbie (Jeff) Rump of Fremont, Penny (Scott) Weers of St. Joseph, Missouri.

Brother Mike (Frances) Legler of Columbus, Nebraska.
