Lorraine M. Quinn, 93
Died at A.J. Merrick Manor Monday, May 6. She was born in Spencer, Nebraska November 5, 1919 and graduated from Nickerson High School in 1936. She did domestic work until 1941 went she went to California to work at Cannon Manufacturing Company making small connectors for airplanes in the defense industry. She returned to Fremont in 1943 where she worked for Northwestern Bell Telephone for 35 years until she retired in 1978.
Lorraine Lippold married Daniel C. Quinn July 30, 1960 in Fremont. He passed away April 25, 2004.
Lorraine was a member of Salem Lutheran Church and the Telephone Pioneers. She and her husband loved to travel and spent weeks in Europe several times.
Graveside Services will be Friday at 10:00 A.M. at Memorial Cemetery. Rev. Michael Thomas officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Dugan Funeral Chapel. Condolences may be left at www.duganchapel.com.
