Marguerite C. Donner, 91, of Fremont, died Thursday, August 27, 2009, at Nye Pointe.

Marguerite was born August 11, 1918, in Fordyce, Nebraska to Anthony and Bertha Hoesing. She was raised in Fordyce and attended Fordyce Public Schools before moving to Fremont with her family. Marguerite Hoesing married Francis Donner in May, 1946 in Fremont, he passed away in 1965. In 1973, Marguerite went to work for Nelson Paint Store; she remained there until her retirement. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Fremont.

She is survived by one daughter, Mary (husband Curtis) Evans, of York, two sons, Francis (wife Cathy) Donner Jr. of Toledo, OH and Mark (wife Cheryl) Donner of Lincoln, two brothers, Ed Hoesing, and Don Hoesing, of Fremont and one sister, Dorothy Morrow, of Beatrice, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Private family services will be held. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. Memorials may be made out to the Parkinson's Disease Foundation and the Dodge County Humane Society. Condolences or reflections will be forwarded to the family when left at www.duganchapel.com.
