Myron "Mike" Houston, 65, Fremont died at his home on December 12, 2008. He was born March 12, 1943 at Ft. Benning, Georgia. He was raised and went to school in upstate New York. In the 1960's he moved to Nebraska and was a owner/operator truck driver for over 40 years. Also during those years he was a competitive race car driver. He was an avid motorcycle rider, among other hobbies, such as cars, fishing, and hunting. Survived by: Significant other: Nancy Simmons and her children; Joshua Michael Simmons and Brooke Nicole Simmons. 3 Son's: Michael (wife Amanda) Houston, James E. Houston, Arden Houston-Moore. Daughter Ayla Lynn Houston. Brother and Sister-in-law David E.& Uta I. Parow of Harrisville, New York and children Andrew C. Parow and Shelby L. Parow. Grandchildren Dawson Houston, Reis Houston, Jersey Houston, Cynthia Lynn Houston and Michael Houston. Preceeded in death by his mother Vera Ray, a brother James E. Connors, and a grandchild Skylar Michael Houston. Memorial Services will be Friday, December 19th at 1:00PM at Dugan Funeral Chapel. There is no Visitation.
