Neil L. Cohee, 100, of Fremont passed away Friday, October 25, 2013 at Arbor Manor in Fremont.
Neil was born in Beemer, NE on September 7, 1913. He attended the Beemer schools, and graduated from Beemer High School. After High school Neil worked on the family farm, until the early 1930's when he bought his own farm. During his time on the farm he planted row crop, and raised hogs. Neil enjoyed playing cards, John Wayne, sports, and farming.
He is proceeded in death by his wife Lorna, son Scott, and step-son John Cass. His two brothers John, and Vernon (wife Mary), and sister Muriel.
He is survived by son Russell and wife Jennifer of Fremont, granddaughters Maria, Amanda and husband Craig Panning and a great-grandchild on the way. Three step-grandchildren Debbie, Chris, and Greg, sister-in-law Eula Cohee of Beemer, NE, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Visitation will be 2 hours prior to the funeral Service on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at Dugan Funeral Chapel with Pastor David Coe officiating.
