Patricia "Patti" Bahe, age 82, passed away on Monday, June 14, 2010 at Parson's House in Omaha.
Patti was born to Edwin and Marie Nyberg on January 21, 1928 in Wayne, Nebraska. She attended and graduated from Wayne High School. After graduating, Patti attended Wayne State College and graduated from Midland Lutheran College in 1969.
Patti marriedAl Baheon July 4,1947. That marriage lasted over 60 years until Al's death in May, 2008.During their marriage,they lived inWest Point, Central City,and Fremont, NE where Al was ahigh schoolteacher,coach and athletic director. Patti and Al enjoyed the company of many friend through golf, sporting events,going out to eat, and dancing to Big Band music.
Patti's own teaching carreer began in 1969 at Clarkson Elementary in Fremont,where she taught kindergartenfor 20 years before retiring. Patti was a member of Salem Lutheran Church and Fremont Golf Club.
Patti especially enjoyed attending the sporting events and activitiesof her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren as well as their friends. Everythingshe did was for her family and friends.

A memorial has been established to the Al & Patti Bahe Scholarship Foundation.
Visitation: 3:00 – 7:00 PM Thursday, June 17, 2010 at Dugan Funeral Chapel with the family present from 6:00 – 7:00 PM.
Funeral Service: 11:00 AM Friday, June 18, 2010 at Salem Lutheran Church in Fremont. Pastor Michael Thomas will be officiating.
