Patricia C. Feuerstein, 91
Died at her home Saturday, September 14. She was born in Fremont March 10, 1922 to Russell and Gretchen Pierce. Pat was rasied here and graduated from Fremont High School in 1940 after which she attended Midland University for two years and then graduated from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln in 1944 where she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority. From 1945 to 1948 Pat traveled world wide as a hostess for TWA. She then returned to Fremont where from 1965 to 1985 she taught at Clarkson and Northside Elementary Schools.
She was a member of PEO Chapter AJ, Priscilla Flower Mission, the Presbyterian Church and volunteered at the May Museum. Pat was an avid bridge player and reader and loved cooking and entertaining friends and family. She was a huge Cornhusker fan and attended every football game.
She is survived by two daughters: Sue Olson (husband Robert) of Denver, Colorado and Chris Roper (husband John) of Bothell, Washington, one son: Fred Feuerstein of Omaha and five grandchildren: Elizabeth Ann Feuerstein, James Feuerstein, Cory Olson, Kelly Olson, and SeanRoper along with many,manyloving friends. She was preceded by her parents and one brother.
Services will be Thursday, September 19 at 10:30 A.M. at Dugan Funeral Chapel. Rev. Jon Ashley officiating. Visitation will be 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday with the family present from 6:00 to 8:00. There has been a memorial established to the Priscilla Flower Mission. Condolences may be left at www.duganchapel.com.
