Phyllis Irene Henry age 87 Died Monday May 7, 2007 at Hooper Care Center She was born March 2, 1920 in Fremont where she was raised and graduated from Fremont High School in 1939 and then attended Midland Lutheran College. Phyllis was employed by by Niebaum Studebaker as a bookkeeper, worked at Marson's Clothing, Nebraska Natural Gas and later retired from the Fremont Department of Utilities. She married Jerome R. Henry and they later divorced. She has been a resident of the Hooper Care Center since May 22, 1991. She was a member of Salem Lutheran Church and a former member of the ESA Sorority. Survived by: Son; James Henry (wifeMargaret "Cookie") of Fremont Preceded in death by: Grandchildren: Phillip Todd (Shannon) Henry of Honolulu, HI Jamie Thomson and fianc Jim Jorgensen of Fremont Christine (Paul) Kalisek of Valley Great-Grandchildren: Andrew and Brandon Thomson, Darian Hansen, Tabitha Roberts, Sidney and Morgan Henry Preceded in death by; One Brother Merritt Quirk and One Sister Helen Schlueter Memorial Services will be Friday, 10:00 AM at Lattin-Dugan-Chambers Funeral Chapel.
