Rita F. Minto, age 58, of Fremont, passed away Saturday, March 19, 2016, at her residence.

Rita was the wife of Don Minto for 33 years, daughter of Rex and Theta Wheeler, a mother of three; Sonia, Angelique, and Aaron, a grandmother of 4; Joshua, Jake, Sabine and Peyton.Rita was born in Dumas, Texas in 1957.Don met Rita in Woodward, Oklahoma in 1980 and they were married May 25, 1984.She was loved by all and will be missed by many.She was preceded in death by her sister Cheryl Ann Wheeler.

Memorials have been established to the family.

Visitation:4:00 – 8:00 PM Thursday, March 24, 2016, at Dugan Funeral Chapel.Family will be present from 6:00 – 8:00 PM

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 AM Friday, March 25, 2016, at Dugan Funeral Chapel.
