Died at Nye Legacy Tuesday evening. He was born July 18, 1958 in Fremont and was raised here attending St. Patrick's Grade School and Fremont Bergan High School graduating in 1977. He attended Metropolitan Community College before working for Petersen Machine, Quest Auto Parts, and Platte Valley Equipment Co.
He was a member of St. Patricks Catholic Church.
Bob is survived by three sisters; Janet Holcomb of Fremont, Barbara Giard of Universal City, Texas, and Diane Paul (husband Robert) of Rio Rancho, New Mexico. One brother Tom Givens (wife Carol) of Fremont also survives.
Services will be Saturday at 10:00 A.M. at Dugan Funeral Chapel. Rev. Ron Battiato officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. with the family present from 6:00 to 8:00.
