Roberta L. Hughes, 90, of Fremont died Wednesday, October 21 at Richcrest Nursing Home in Omaha. She was born March 7, 1925

She was raised on a farm near Arcadia, Nebraska and graduated from Arcadia High School in 1943. Bobbie moved to Ravenna and then to Malvern, Iowa for four years before moving to Fremont in 1954.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church where she participated in Choir and numerous activities.

Roberta Lutz married Keith W. Hughes March 2, 1946 at Hastings, Nebraska. He passed away December 30, 1998.

She is survived by three sons, Kenneth Hughes of Chicago, Illinois, Richard Hughes and William Hughes both of Omaha. One Brother survives, Robert Lutz of Loup City, Nebraska, 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.


Funeral Services will be Sunday October 25 at 2:00 P.M. at the First United Methodist Church. Rev. Michael McGregor officiating. There is no visitation.
