Ronda L. Hanis, age 48, of Fremont, passed away Saturday, December 14, 2019, at Methodist Hospital in Omaha.

Ronda was born on June 14, 1971, to Kenneth and Linda (Rogers) Hanis in Fremont. Ronda attended and graduated from Fremont High School. Following high school she attended Midland Lutheran College where she earned her bachelors degree in teaching. Ronda worked for OPS where she worked at King Science School as well as Franklin Elementary School.Recently, Ronda earned her Masters degree from U.N.O. She was also working toward her early childhood development endorsement through Creighton University.

Ronda's life revolved around children. She especially loved any minute spent with her grandchildren.

Ronda is preceded in death by her grandparents and cousin.

She is survived by her parents Kenneth and Linda, brothers Randy (Julie) Hanis, Chad Hanis, son William Bruce, 5 grandchildren, special angels Melissa Mittura, Jennifer Batenhorst, Denise Kenny, and many other family and friends.
