Ruth Anne Immell, 84 Fremont Died Tuesday morning at Arbor Manor Living Center. She was born September 17, 1922 in Buffalo, Oklahoma and was raised in Cherokee, Oklahoma where she graduated from High School in 1940. She moved to Fremont in 1958 and worked for Baldwin Peterson Insurance Company before purchasing Murdock's Natural Foods in 1973. She operated Murdock's until her retirement in 2004. Ruth Anne White married Jack Immell at Wichita, Kansas January 4, 1942, he died September 27, 1990. Ruth Anne was very passionate about many things in life; from the YMCA to golf, to tennis, to belly dancing, biking, yoga, and teaching her many classes at the Y' but her greatest love was her family. She was a loving presence in the lives of her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and new great-great-granddaughter. She will be lovingly remembered as the cornerstone of her family. She will always be remembered for her infectious laugh and love of life. She touched many lives with her dedication, energy, and caring spirit. "Fore"! She is survived by: 3 daughters-Jana LeGrande (husband Doug) of Fremont Becky Nelson (husband Tom) of Steamboat Springs, Colorado Jody Immell of Flagstaff, Arizona 1 son-Dave Immell of Roseburg, Oregon 2 brothers Tom White of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Merrill White of Lindale, Texas Brother-in-law; Arthur Immell of Santa Anna, California Granddaughters; Kris Phillips (husband Todd) of Cedar bluffs Kerry Campbell (Fiance Jim) and Sara Kindvall (fiance Greg) both of Fremont Great Grandchildren; Jason Sweeney (fiance Ashley), Emma Reker, Jesse and Hannah Rowell and Morgan Lott all of Fremont Blake Sweeney and Karlie Robinson of Cedar Bluffs Great Great Granddaughter; Makinzy Sweeney of Fremont Many Cousins, nieces and nephews Memorial Services will be Friday January 12, at 11:00 A.M. at Lattin-Dugan-Chambers Funeral Chapel. Rev. Mike Ostrum officiating. The family will greet friends from 6:30 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Thursday night at the Funeral Chapel.
