Stanley C. Andreasen, 89
Fremont
Died at a Lincoln Care Center Wednesday night. He was born March 17, 1920 in Orum, Nebraska and was raised in the Herman-Orum area. He attended Rose Hill High School and moved to Fremont in 1938. Stanley served in the Army in World War II and then returned to Fremont. He married Mildred McGee September 30, 1945 in Fremont. Stanley was co-owner of Andy's Garage with his Father Emanuel and his brother Kenneth for 42 years until 1981.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church.
He was survived by his wife Mildred. Three sons Steve Andreasen (wife Sharon) of Cherokee, Iowa; David Andreasen (wife Marilynn) of Lincoln; and Douglas Andreasen (wife Di) of Knoxville, Tennessee. Six Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren.
Services will be Monday, September 14 at 10:00 A.M. at the First Baptist Church. Rev. Lee Forman and Rev. Walter Hickman officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Dugan Funeral Chapel with the family present from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. There has been a memorial established to the First Baptist Church. Interment will be at Memorial Cemetery.
