Trey I. Hansen, 16
Fremont
Died at Creighton Medical Center Tuesday June 4. He was born November 28, 1996 in Omaha and was raised in Fremont. He was a member of the Class of 2015 at Fremont High School and had taken dual enrollment classes at Metropolitan Community College with a 4.0 GPA at both schools.

Trey participated in football, basketball, track and field, and was also a member of Student Government, Key Club, JV Choir, and Honor Roll. He was also an All Conference Academic in Track, received the Fremont High School Teacher's Choice Breakfast Award, was runner up for the FBI Youth Leadership Academy, and received an Academic Achievement letter. Trey was in JV Choir, Key Club, Circle of Friends, a member of the Presbyterian Church Youth Group, and helped at the Care Corps Homeless Shelter.

He is survived by his parents, Todd and Shannon Hansen, twin brother Ty, sister Hope,11: his (big "sister") cousin Brianna Peterson of Lincoln, and two grandmothers, Joan Brown and Sandra Hansen both of Fremont; his uncle Brad Brown (wife Cari) of Gretna and cousins Zach and Brandi.

Funeral Services will be Saturday June 8, at 10:00 A.M. at First Lutheran Church. Rev. Jon Ashley and Rev. Scott Jensen officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. with the family present from 6:00 to 8:00 at Dugan Funeral Chapel. There is a memorial to a scholarship fund to be established.
