Died Wednesday, April 3 at Nye Legacy in Fremont
She was born April 2, 1921 in St. Joseph, Missouri and graduated from High School there.Virginia Sunderland married Richard Clark in St. Joseph December 31, 1941.In 1950 she moved to Boise, Idaho where she worked for the telephone company as a secretary.In 1959 she moved to Fremont returning to Boise after Richards death in 1988.In 2008 she moved back to Fremont.
Virginia loved white water rafting, hot air ballooning, duplicate bridge and had a fondness for dogs and all small animals.She was a member of Salem Lutheran Church.
She is survived by a niece and nephew, Pam and Joe Clark of Savannah, Missouri and her close friends, Bonnie and Neil Schilke of Fremont.
Funeral Services will be Monday at 10:00 A.M. at Dugan Funeral Chapel.Rev. Delvin Hutton officiating.There is no visitation.Memorials have been established to Salem Lutheran Church and the Dodge County Human Society.Condolences may be left at www.duganchapel.com.
